Aston Villa vs Manchester United...CONTINUE READING
Manchester United will fly to Birmingham on November 6 to face Aston Villa at Villa Park.
Villa’s first Premier League game since Steven Gerrard’s dismissal ended in a spectacular 4-0 home victory over Brentford, moving them out of the relegation zone.
With United coming to town, Aston Villa, who are now led by former Arsenal manager Unai Emery, will be seeking to extend the tenuous two-point advantage they have over Leeds United.
But unfortunately for new manager Emery, the Red Devils have historically had success at Villa Park, as they haven’t lost a Premier League game there since 1995.
Fulham vs Manchester United
Man Utd will play its final Premier League game before the World Cup break on November 13 at Craven Cottage against promoted Fulham.
Fulham are anxious to dispel their infamous reputation as a team that continually rises and falls in the top tier, as seen by their excellent 12-game league start with five wins, three draws, and four losses.
The fact that they trail United by only two points suggests that Ten Hag’s team’s trip to London may not be as straightforward as it first appears.
Man Utd should be mindful of the risk because outstanding striker Aleksandar Mitrovic has scored nine Premier League goals this season.
