Although you may not have other symptoms, you should still take it easy on yourself. To manage a runny nose, try the following:

1. Get lots of rest: Ensure your runny nose does not get in the way of your sleep, try to take a shower before you sleep or use a humidifier in your bedroom.

2. Stay hydrated. To avoid dehydration, ensure you’re drinking a lot of fluids.

3. Blow your nose. Make use of soft tissue to clean or blow too much mucus from your nasal passages.
