The man identified as Thomas Simani is calling for help from well wishers to bail him out. The skin disease is characterized by a thick layer of sores that intermittently fall off, accompanied by dust scaling out from his body upon touch
The ailment which has already reached Simani’s head made his hair barely visible and his skin generating powder at any scratch.
Persons who are close to him report a pungent smell, making it unbearable to be near him. This has led Simani to believe that it is more than a physical ailment as he attributes it to spiritual causes and associates his condition on his romantic entanglements with five married women.
