People who drink water with a lot of arsenic have been linked to lung cancer in studies. Most people who use public water don’t get a lot of arsenic from drinking water. Arsenic has also been linked to skin cancer, bladder cancer, and lung cancer in people who drink water with arsenic concentrations of at least a few hundred micrograms per liter (g/L) or more.
