As we recall, Man City almost lost the league title to Liverpool last season after they were trailing 2-0 to Aston Villa in the final game of the season.
Fortunately, German International Ilkay Gundogan came on to save them as he scored twice to help the Cityzens clinch the league title.
Erling Haaland and Darwin Nunez have been among the most talked about players in the transfer window this summer, as fans expect them to deliver next season after the hype that followed their transfers. Both players are lethal strikers and there is no doubt they could find it easy scoring goals in the English league.
Well, let’s take a look at how both teams could lineup next season;
Forwards: Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez.
Midfielders: Fabinho, Thiago Alcantara and Fabio Carvalho.
