Her name is Nancy Muthoni and was born in Kirinyaga county. After class eight her uncle gave her a job in his shop where she worked very well. She worked there for two years and later decided to start her own shop. After eight months in her job, her landlord approached her and they got married.
The husband had a wife at first, but he later realized that the wife already had two children which she had hidden in the village. That made him feel so bad and confused which forced him to leave her. They started living together and she accepted her husband from a broken marriage.
His family accepted her very well and she felt so good to have parents. She loved her husband’s child like her own and the child was very happy with her. She gave birth to a boy and later she gave birth to other three children.
She started farming which was very successful and her husband was always supporting her. Later villagers and family started saying she was using witchcraft in her farming and businesses.
They bought two cars together and their life was flourishing. Later the husband quitted his job and he came back home where they started farming. Her husband had a stomach problem and it reached a point the stomach became more worse.
In 2013 his health became very worse and all the money they were earnings was going to hospital. That was when life started getting hard and in 2015 March the husband was bedridden.
They sold their cars and cows trying to take care of the husband and also to pay the loans they had taken. People started saying she was the one who was eating him using witchcraft and the reality was that he had cancer. One night he was very sick and in the morning they took him to the hospital.
After he was admitted doctors confirmed that he was dead and everything turned so bad to her. The family had never helped her in paying any hospital but when he died they took his body and they completely excluded them from everything.
They reported the case to Kikuyu police station and the family decided to tarnish her name saying she bewitched and killed their son which was a lie. Her life started from scratches again without a husband and a tarnished name..<<CONTINUE READING>>
