No one however would wish to remain single and this reminds of a Nairobi woman by the name Alice who was suffering so much in her marriage after her husband had resorted to cheating on her with a popular slay queen. The man would meet the slay queen in big hotels, drink wine and eat well but back at home he had left his wife without any upkeep money.
Whenever the wife would ask him for the upkeep money and school fees for children, the man would shout and shut her up. She was a true story of a woman undergoing domestic violence. Her children on the other hand had finally dropped out of school for lack of school fee.
“I have been seeing them together going to bars and he has been spoiling her with money in front of other people. It is Nyama Choma everytime they enter restaurants,” a friend to the wife told her.
And when she decided to confront both the husband and his Mpango wa Kando, they threatened to eject her from her home. It was so bad for a man whom she has been caring for to threaten taking such a beastly action.
“I am not leaving him and I will make sure he dumps you like a rotten avocado you ugly idiot,” the slayqueen threatened her at one time also.
The woman went home heartbroken and feeling restless since she knew she would lose her hubby to the side chick very soon. She called her friend and asked for advice on how she would save her marriage from breaking apart. Signs were rife. The friend told her to use a traditional approach. They proposed Doctor Mugwenu who is a traditional herbalist.
She was happy and quick to call the doctor and after he heard her story, he gave her an appointment the following day. They met and the doctor professionally handled her matter.
A day later, she received a call from the slay queen’s family who told her that the lady had become crazy and was running around in town like mad woman. They had to part with sh 450,000 to heal back.
