Jorginho, who made the same switch from Stamford Bridge to Arsenal earlier this year, recently posted a photo on his Instagram story that has caught the attention of fans.

The picture features Jorginho and Havertz together at the wedding of Kepa Arrizabalaga, along with laughing face and eye emojis, adding intrigue to the potential transfer.

Interestingly, other Chelsea players both past and present such as Mateo Kovacic who is bound for Manchester City, and Barcelona’s Andreas Christensen are also present at the event.

However, it is Jorginho’s decision to take a selfie with Havertz alone that has sparked speculation.

Earlier this summer, reports suggested that Real Madrid had shown interest in Havertz as a replacement for Karim Benzema, who joined Al Ittihad.

However, Chelsea’s asking price proved to be a deterrent for the Spanish club. Subsequently, Bayern Munich displayed their admiration for the player and expressed a desire to secure his services.

Nevertheless, it appears that Havertz is now set to make the move to Arsenal instead.

Havertz’s time at Chelsea will be remembered for his winning goal in the 2021 UEFA Champions League final.

However, his overall performance during his three-year spell at the club has been somewhat underwhelming.

Having predominantly played as a center forward, he scored 32 goals in 139 appearances for the Blues.

As fans eagerly await the official announcement, it seems increasingly likely that Kai Havertz will soon be donning the red and white of Arsenal, bolstering their attacking options and adding a touch of Chelsea connection to the Gunners’ squad.
