According to the cleric; “divorce and separation opens up a chain of highly charged negative reactions, in which, no man can foretell or understand its devastating end. Presently, in the world we live in, there is a decline in father’s influence, in a home.
Only a few households could boast of having a father, and a mother in their homes. A lot of homes are being maintained by single mothers only. As a result of this, there is an increase in crime, increase in school indiscipline among children and youths; there is also a decline in health and problems with delinquency”.
As revealed by the cleric; ” The present-day failed parenting isn’t limited to this period—also, in the scriptures, we have an example of Noah and Lot, they are both examples of failed fathers—they lose out woefully in the proper care of their children with proper home training. As a believer, you are to compare and contrast both biblical examples of fathers, to see how they failed in their parenting”.
