Iheanacho equalised for the away side in the 41st minute, before Tete, who was making his debut, added another goal just before half-time. The second half saw Dennis Praet wrap up the points for Leicester with a well-taken goal in the 79th minute.

The win was a much-needed boost for Leicester, who moved up to 13th place on the Premier League table with 21 points. Iheanacho’s impressive performance was not lost on the judges, who named him the ‘Man of the Match’.
