He said this in a post on his official Twitter handle on Monday.
Moghalu spoke as ASUU on Monday embarked on a four-week warning strike over the failure of the Federal Government to fulfill its demands.
Moghalu wrote, “As a university teacher, I have clear and detailed plans to reform our dysfunctional education system. In 2023 I will become the Education President, and make ASUU strikes a thing of the past. We will invest heavily in education reform, education itself (including government’s obligations to university teachers) and university independence.
“Like most people, I have my idiosyncrasies. Life is stressful, and a man is entitled to some things that make him happy. Like, rainfall showers, 8 clear hours of sleep every night, dry and rough surface towels, certain foods. But @MaryanneMoghalu says I’m entitled to two, not 10!”
