After joining campus, she got into a relationship with a very nice guy. According to her, the guy was working and was very supportive. He treated her well and provided almost everything that she needed. After one year, she realized she was pregnant.
After informing her boyfriend, he was overjoyed and was ready to walk with her throughout that journey. On the other hand, Karen was not ready to have a kid at that age. She claimed that she had promised her parents to make them proud, and giving birth while still studying would have annoyed them.
She went into a private hospital and bribed the doctor to help her terminate the pregnancy. She told the doctor to admit her to the hospital to make her boyfriend believe that she had a miscarriage.
