Recall that a feud existed between the state governor, Siminalayi Fubara, and the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, which was countered by a president-initiated signing of a peace pact to end the crisis on both sides.
In reaction to this, the elder statesman, Clark, stated that the former governor of Rivers State, Wike, should thank God that his misdeeds as governor of Rivers State are now being covered by his successor, Sim Fubara.
