Most couples also use the female protective for birth control because it is a device that acts as a barrier to keep away or prevent the male sperm from entering the uterus, which can lead to pregnancy.

Step 1. The first step to take after, is to carefully read all written instructions, then make sure you look out for the expiring date, and as well check out for any damage signs like small holes or tears.

However, if found any of the above stated, dispose the protective because it is not safe for usage.

Step 2. The next step, is to carefully open the package. However, never use your teeth nor fingernails when opening it because it can tear the protective, and you may not notice the tear.

Step 3. You can use an additional lubrication, so it can make the protective easier to get inserted, and will also help reduce noise during intimacy.

Step 4. Gradually fix in the protective, by squeezing the ring at the closed end, using your middle finger and thumb to gradually and carefully put it in.

Then gently place your index finger inside the protective, and apply a little force to push it as far as it can go.

Step 5. Make sure the protective doesn’t twist, and also let the ring (outer ring), stay / remain outside the female organ.

A woman can place the female protective inside herself, and allow it stay in, for up to 8 hours before intimacy.

Note: After intimacy, it should be removed and disposed. When removing it, gently twist the outer ring of the protective, and safely pull it out, then trash it off.

Make sure you never re-use it, and never use both the male and female protective at the same time because they stick together and result in breakage.
