1. Constant/Sudden dizziness

In conclusion, exercise regularly because it is extremely necessary to maintain healthy body weight as obesity is a major risk factor behind a heart attack. Also manage stress by practicing meditation, breathing techniques, and yoga exercises. Finally, go for health check-ups.
