In a video shared on his official Instagram page, he made it known that he heard there is a fifty million naira yearly grant to the national mosque in Abuja and the Christian association center.
He stated that he is ready to continue to work with various religious groups, just like his the past FCT minster, but noted that he will not be intimidated into doing something that will go against the interests of Nigerians.
In his statement, he said, “I heard there is a 50 million yearly grant to the national mosque and Christian association center.
The former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, said that the national mosque is a national asset, and so he said about the Christian association center as a national asset too, and that’s why the government can award contracts for the maintenance of those two assets.
