In a video shared on his official Instagram page, he made it known that he heard there is a fifty million naira yearly grant to the national mosque in Abuja and the Christian association center.

He stated that he is ready to continue to work with various religious groups, just like his the past FCT minster, but noted that he will not be intimidated into doing something that will go against the interests of Nigerians.
