While Graham Potter and the entire Chelsea fan base will be optimistic, we have few reasons why the head coach could be a wrong fit for the returning midfielder.
Graham Potter formation. While Ngolo Kante could easily slot into any formation and do well, he has thrived more when playing in a 343 formation.
Under Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte, he played his best football while that formation is used but at the moment Graham Potter favors the 433 formation, that alone could be a hindrance.
