Bishop Oyedepo, during the worker’s empowerment summit, narrated how God once told him that people who are tired of leading should quit the driver’s seat and stop demotivating the people.
One characteristic of these type of leaders are that they command the people to do what they say and not what they do. They don’t lead by example.
From the way the Bishop talked about this today, you would see how he obviously hated this type of leadership. Bishop Oyedepo is the type of man, who will command you to do what he is already doing.
God wants his work to be doing with perfection. Therefore he would want the people at the helm of affairs to strive for excellence even in their leadership strategy.
