Plums, prunes (dried plums), and figs are considered as fruits that are very beneficial for O blood type owners.

The dark red, blue and dark purple colours of these fruits suggest that they can provide an alkaline reaction in the digestive system.

You are also advised to eat fruit 3-4 times per day. On each occasion, you should eat 1 fruit or 85-100 grams.
