Oliseh didn’t only play for Nigeria, he captained the team to the 2002 Africa Cup of Nations, and was the manager from 2015-2016.
He was part of the Nigerian team that won the Olympic Gold in Atlanta in 1996, he also won the AFCON in 1994. For his club career, Oliseh won the Dutch and German league titles, he had a superb career.
One of my favorite memories of the legend is how he scored and celebrated the winning goal in the group stage match against Spain in the 1998 World Cup, as Nigeria prevailed 3–2. What do you remember about him?
