What is love if there is no tranquility in the world? Love, it is claimed, is a two-way street. This is a true statement, since when you love someone, you want them to return the favor. That’s why if you desire a long-term relationship or marriage, you shouldn’t love someone who doesn’t love you.
Staying unloved is preferable than losing your sanity because of love. The reality is, if your partner is making you anxious, he or she does not care about you. Such a relationship is basically a waste of your time.
2. Your freedom
To be in love is not the same as being incarcerated. Is it really worth it to give up your independence for love? The only way you can properly express and exercise your love is if you have the freedom to do so.
A successful existence requires you to separate yourself from anything that restricts your freedom, even love. You’ve probably never encountered someone who is content in a relationship or marriage when their freedom is restricted.
First and foremost, while you’re in love, think about how free you’ll feel without that person. Take a moment to think about how much control you have over this person’s actions.
3. Your career
If you’re in love, don’t give up your profession. Women are more likely to experience this. Women who are in a committed relationship may be able to give up their careers, but it is more common for women to do so if they are married.
Some men promise to take care of their female loves if they continue in their employment, which often serves to discourage them.
Having a career is essential to being a human being, and you should strive to achieve it. Avoid sacrificing your work for love, since you may regret it after the love is gone.
4. Your happiness
If you’re looking for love, don’t give up your happiness for it! If you’re not content in your relationship or marriage, you’re not in love. If you’re in love, you have to be really cautious. If you don’t take a moment to think about what you’re getting yourself into, you’ll regret it afterwards.
Despite being mistreated in their relationships or marriages, some people remain madly in love with their spouses or partners. You see, love won out in the end. That is to say, they chose love over contentment in their decision.
5. Your respect
Respect is a two-way street, much like love. To be respected, you must be respected in return. Your value in the relationship or marriage decreases when your respect for the other person is traded for love. When you’re viewed as worthless, how can you contribute to a relationship or marriage?
If you’re going to fall in love, choose someone who has the same values as you have. Someone who appreciates and respects your worth.
