This has been the natural way life operates which is why one should find a better way to regain lost strength in a short time.

To make this happen, I will be listing some sorts of foods which has been medically recommended to restore energy by relieving stress from the system. These foods should be taken during bedtime.

1. Potatoes

Potatoes are great foods known for relieving stress from the human system. They are necessary for consumption as they help in reducing the levels of the stress hormone cortisol. After a stressful day, it is wise to consume such foods to regain full energy by morning.

2. Organ meats

Organ meats are those foods that contain vital parts of an animal body for food such as the heart, kidney and liver. They contain B vitamins such as Vitamin B12, riboflavin, folate and B6 which reduce stress after consumption.

3. Eggs

4. Garlic

Garlic is a plant from the amaryllis family that contains a high level of glutathione. Glutathione however is an antioxidant that is excellent for defending the body against stress. Further studies reveal that this plant also reduces the signs of depression and anxiety in the human body.
