Everton produced a magnificent comeback against Crystal Palace after going two goals down in the opening 36th minute to win 3-2 and clinch Premier League safety.
Meanwhile, Marcus Alonso’s 35th-minute strike earned Chelsea a creditable point and has now seen them seal a third place spot in the Premier league table with one game to spare.
Burnley have climbed out of the relegation zone after a 1-1 draw against Aston Villa but are still in danger of relegation as they now need to win their final game to secure safety ahead of Leeds United.
