Manchester United defeated Manchester City 2-1 in their second meeting this season. The red devils were humiliated by Pep Guardiola’s side in the first leg as they lost 6-3 to Pep Guardiola’s side. However, a lot of fans believe Manches city was cheated and that Bruno Fernandes goal shouldn’t have stood.
Fans also believed that the club has gotten better without Cristiano Ronaldo. Fernandes addressed all these statements made about the club and Ronaldo in a post on Instagram. However, Fernandes was wrong to say that it was difficult for people to see Manchester United doing well.
Fernandes is wrong because Manchester United is one of the clubs that has been receiving a lot of support from fans and non-fans. Erik Ten Hag’s leadership has been shown support, and so he shouldn’t have said people aren’t happy to see Manchester United doing well.
