In this article, we shall be taking a look at the EPL’s top scorers since 2014/2015 season.
In 2014/2015 season, Sergio Kun Aguero was the EPL’s top scorer. The former Manchester City’s striker scored 26 goals in 33 appearances that year for Manchester City.
In the 2015/2016 season, Harry Kane was the EPL’s top scorer with 25 goals from 38 EPL matches. This means that he played all the matches in the EPL that season.
2016/2017 season, the English player, Harry Kane was also the EPL’s top scorer with 29 goals from 30 matches.
The subsequent year, 2017/2018 Mohamed Salah was the EPL’s top scorer with 32 goals.
In 2018/2019 season, three African players won the EPL’s Golden Boot award with 22 goals each, talking about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané.
In 2019/2020, Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy was the EPL’s top scorer with 23 goals from 35 matches.
And in 2020/2021 season, Harry Kane once again was the English Premier League’s top scorer with 23 goals from 33 matches.
In 2021/2022 season, Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-Min were the EPL top scorer with 23 goals from 35 appearances for both.
