Fleekloaded understands there have been speculations that Ronaldo who currently plays as a forward for the English Premier League side, Manchester United, may join Chelsea this summer.
Talks widened on the Portuguese’s departure from Old Trafford after American businessman and Chelsea new owner Todd Boehly reportedly met with Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes.
Understands that Ronaldo has a deep love for United but due to the current challenges with the club which include not qualifying for the UEFA Champions league, the 37-year-old is said to be considering a move out of Old Trafford.
Recall that Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford barely a year go after leaving Juventus. The Ballon d’Or winner had an unimpressive playing moment in the last campaign which saw the Red Devils out of the Premier League’s top four.
However, amid curiosity, a viral video on Sunday night showed a fan asking Chelsea manager, Tuchel about Ronaldo’s deal, a question the German stylishly snubbed.
“I will not tell you”, said Tuchel when the curious fan asked about Ronaldo playing for the Blues.
Naija News understands that Chelsea is one of the clubs linked with the five-time Ballon d’Or award winner, along with Bayern Munich and Napoli.
