Jordan Pickford made incredible saves to deny Liverpool who would only settle for a point away from home. He was shielded by Conor Coady who manned the defense and kept the Liverpool attackers at bay. Ben Chilwell came on as a substitute in the second half and gave an assist plus a goal to ensure Chelsea took all the three points.
Virgil Van Dijk was also massive for Liverpool at the back and kept a cleansheet. Lisandro Martinez for Manchester United was great even though he didn’t manage a cleansheet. Top performance.
Leandro Trossard and Alexis Mac Allister were the two main men as Brighton scored five past Leicester City. Marcus Rashford scored a brace against Arsenal to see them bag all three points. Kai Havertz had a goal against Westham as Erling Haaland also scored against Aston Villa despite the draw. Ivan Toney scored a hattrick for Brentford as they also ran riot against Leeds.
