The superb Mikel Arteta-led Arsenal club will be the opponents for Brentford on Sunday at the Gtech Community Stadium as the Premier League starts play with a fresh slate of contests this weekend.

Brentford have outperformed expectations this season and are currently ranked ninth in the Premier League. The home squad will be optimistic going into this match after humiliating Leeds United by a score of 5-2 the previous week.

On the other hand, Arsenal has excelled this season and is presently leading the league standings. The Gunners recently defeated FC Zurich 2-1, and they’ll be looking to get better this weekend. Arsenal must make amends this weekend after their perfect start to the Premier League season was ended against Manchester United. Under Mikel Arteta, Arsenal have gained in stature and will need to put in a lot of effort to stay at the top of the league standings.
