Chelsea started brightly against Watford and the visitors were put under a lot of pressure in the early minutes as Mason Mount saw his effort saved David Bachmann. However, they couldn’t hold on for long and the home side broke the deadlock in the 11th minutes.

Kai Havertz fired home from Kennedy’s pass to give Chelsea an early advantage. Watford fought back to get an equalizer but Edouard Mendy made a couple of saves to keep his side in front.

In the second half, Dan Gosling scored a late equalizer for the visitors but Ross Barkley scored the winner in added time to give the Blues all three points.

Arsenal 5 – 1 Everton

Arsenal thrash Everton by 5 goals to 1 to qualify for the Europa League in style.

Gabriel Martinelli was a great threat for Arsenal in the final third and in the 27th minutes, Martinelli broke the deadlock from the penalty spot after Alex Iwobi was adjudged to have blocked his effort with his arm.

Arsenal extends their lead few minutes later through Eddie Nketiah before Donny Van De Beek halve the dificit for Everton on the stroke of halftime.

Few minutes into the second half, The Gunners completely took control of the game and they scored two more goals through Cedric and Gabriel Magalhaes and late in the second half, Martin Odegaard scored the fifth goal to finish the rout.
