During the current league season, every club has lost at least one of their matches, making this a requirement for continued participation.
To this point, just one team has successfully taken a sizeable portion of its supporters by surprise so far this season. The club had some trouble qualifying for the Europa League matches during the previous season, and it appears they will focus their attention on the UEFA Champions League football instead this season.
West Ham United is the only club in this season’s Premier League competition that has been victorious against Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Leicester City, and Tottenham Spurs.
West Ham United accomplished this accomplishment. The Hammers defeated the Manchester-based clubs in the race for the Carabao Cup, which the Hammers ultimately won.
The side that David Moyes managed prevailed over Liverpool by a score of 3-2, and an ex-Chelsea center-back by the name of Kurt Zouma scored the goal that proved to be the game-winning one.
West Ham United emerged winners in the Premier League competition, besting both Tottenham and Leicester City on the way to the title.
