When the blood flows stop in the human body the oxygen stop as well because its by the help of the blood flow that one can breath in good oxygen.
This inability of blood supply and oxygen can cause injury to the heart muscle and if supply is surpass or stop for more than 25 minutes, the part of the muscle tissue failing to receive blood at that moment may die. The medical term for a heart attack is myocardial infarction.
Symptoms Of Heart Attacks Includes.
There are many symptoms of heart attack but I will only be listing six which are very common.

2. Sudden Pain in your arm(s), back, neck, or jaw.

4. Shortness of breath, nausea, or lightheadedness.

With what I have said so far I let take that ideal straight to things that can cause heart attack in men and woman.
Avoid Too Much Sugar
Sugar can be very sweet but if consume excessively it can cause so many health problem to the body.
Such as heart attack, kidney disease, diabetes, cancer and high blood pressure.
It’s advisable that heart disease patient should stay away from eating sugar and other sweet drinks because it trigger the disease in the body.
This is why it is easier for people to add more calories to their regular diet when consuming sugary beverages.
“The effects of added sugar intake — higher blood pressure, inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, and fatty liver disease — are all linked to an increased risk for heart attack and stroke,” and other common disease.
Avoid Too Red Meat.
It’s true that an accumulated body of evidence shows a clear link between high intake of red and processed meats and a higher risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and premature death.
Avoid Eating Too White Rice.
Please get this very clear. We all eat rice Perhaps on daily basis but obviously don’t either it’s has effect on our body or not.
Although this does not concern all rice because some doesn’t have side effect on our body but white rice do.
