Levitt spent last season on loan at Dundee United but he’s now joining the club on a permanent deal. The Welshman is seeking for enough playing time so he could make up Rob Page’s squad for the World cup in Qatar.
Dundee United released an official statement to announce the signing of Dylan Levitt from Manchester United.
“Dundee United are thrilled to announce the permanent transfer of Welsh international Dylan Levitt from Manchester United for an undisclosed fee, on a contract until June 2024,” the club confirmed.
“Dylan spent ten years in the Red Devils Academy before signing his first professional contract in 2018. He would go on to make his competitive first team debut for the English giants in a UEFA Europa League game against Astana the following season.”
Upon returning to Tannadice, Dylan said: “I’m really proud to be back after last season. The big attraction was to come back and play games. After I came back from injury I feel I really hit the ground running. I want to continue that form into the new season and I’m really looking forward to getting started.”
Dylan will retain the number 19 jersey and joins up with the rest of the squad immediately.
