Gkapo is among Arteta’s transfer targets following his impressive display with the Portuguese outfits that has attracted interest from other top European clubs like Liverpool.
It’s claimed that Arteta could sign Gkapo for a fee of less than £20m in case he misses either Gabriel Jesus who City are willing to let and Napoli’s striker Victor Osimhen who might be heading for Old Trafford.
