On Sunday, there was an exciting match where Mallorca beat Real Madrid 1-0 at the Estadi Mallorca. An early own goal from Nacho Fernandez finished things off for the hosts which didn’t soothe well with Real Madrid at the end.
Girona went into contention with Valencia and secured the vital three points after winning 1-0. Real Valladolid went to Seguros Stadium and got 3 very important points from Real Sociedad.
During the Second-half strikes from Jordi Alba, Gavi and Rafinha gave the Catalans a comfortable win over Sevilla. Barcelona are currently eight points ahead of Real Madrid in the table and they remain the leading team in Spanish La Liga.
