Manchester City will look to make it back-to-back Premier League victories when they host Nottingham Forest at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.

The reigning champions are coming off a 4-2 victory over Crystal Palace on Saturday, while Forest were defeated 2-0 at home by Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

The last time Forest faced Man City was in an FA Cup match in January 2009, in which the Reds won 3-0. However, this will be the first time the two teams have faced each other in the league since the Citizens won 3-0 in Manchester in March of 2002. Forest will be playing Man City for the first time since that match.

Signing summer Zinchenko is thriving in north London. The Ukrainian defender joined Arsenal from Manchester City and recorded an assist on opening day.

Zinchenko has shown his talent in Arteta’s lineup but was kept out of the Fulham triumph as a precaution. Kieran Tierney deputized after returning from injury; it’s unclear whether he’ll start versus Villa.

Partey and Elneny’s injury may force Arteta to use Zinchenko in center midfield. The 25-year-old is a technical midfielder for his nation.
