Bayern Munich is the only team in the 2022/23 UEFA champions league group stage, that won all their six games. They were also able to set this record in the 2019/20 and 2021/22 season.
However, Liverpool were able to win all their group stage game in the 2021/22 season and went on to reach the final. Ajax Amsterdam were incredible in the 2021/22 season as they had a perfect group stage but we’re knocked out in the round of 16.
Furthermore, Real Madrid has had two perfect group stages in the UEFA champions league history. The Spanish giants were incredible in the 2014/15 and 2011/12 season as they won all their group stage games in both season, they also reached semi-final I’m both seasons.
Furthermore, Barcelona had a perfect group stage in the 2002/03 season, but they were knocked out in the Quarter-finals.
However, Bayern Munich is the only club in the UEFA champions league history, who had a perfect group stage and still won the tournament.
Other clubs with a perfect group stage in the UEFA champions league include Paris Saint Germain and Spartak Moscow.
