1. Sugar

Eating sugar is a very good thing but consuming it excessively can inversely damage some vital organs. 3. Smoking

The chemical used in the production of tobacco and cigarettes can cause a lot of damages to older adults’ health. Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung disease, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis.
