One of such signing is that of Man City attacker, Raheem Sterling. Chelsea could have added to that if Brazilian and Leeds United attacker, Raphinha agreed to join them but he chose Barcelona instead.
That decision should not discourage Chelsea as they could sign one Player that is currently a free agent and surprisingly has not been approached yet by any big team since his exit from Juventus.
He is none other than Argentine attacker and Playmaker, Paulo Dybala. The former Juventus star is a free agent and with Chelsea looking like they might not sign Raphinha or even Dembele from Barcelona, they could move for him as he is a very good Player and replacement for the departing Hakim Ziyech.
Besides, he will not cost anything and agreeing a deal with him will not be a problem for Chelsea.
