The Blues have been able to sign Kalidou Koulibaly and Raheem Sterling.
However, Chelsea are willing to cash in one of their players this summer.
A report from The Mirror claims that the Blues are so keen to get rid of an outcast midfielder and he has been offered to Everton FC.
The 28-year-old English player Ross Barkley who played just six matches for Chelsea last season was close to joining Everton FC on loan during the January transfer window, but a deal couldn’t materialize.
The 23-year-old Englishman joined Chelsea from Everton FC in 2018 for €16.80million, and he currently has a year left on his deal at Stamford Bridge.
Therefore, Everton will secure him for a bargaining price as Chelsea wouldn’t afford to lose him for free at the end of next season.
