And with that good run of form, Chelsea football club want to keep some of their best players and are now willing to extend the contract of experienced central midfielder Mateo Kovacic.
The 28-year-old Croatia International, who signed up for Chelsea football club after departing Real Madrid on a permanent deal in 2019 has been an important member of the first-team squad in recent seasons.

The reports further claimed that Chelsea football club are very much aware of Mateo Kovacic’s importance to the team and are already planning to submit a new long-term contract proposal to him.
It is also believed that Mateo Kovacic loves Chelsea football club but then, it remains to be seen if the experienced midfielder will choose to extend his stay at the club by signing a new long-term contract.
