Arsenal has been more active in the transfer market. The club has already officially announced 3 signings while they have completed Medical for another. Marquinhos, Viera, Turner and Jesus will be with Arsenal next season.
Chelsea on the other hand have been linked to several players but only have two in sight at the moment. Boehly has reached agreement with Leeds over the transfer of Raphinha while he is set to reach agreement with Man City for Sterling.
