Astaghfirullah: the word according to Google literally translates to “I seek forgiveness in God”. It is usually recited by Muslims as part of dhikr. That is to say that Allah is the greatest or that goodness comes from Allah.
Alhamdulillah: This word translates to an Arabic phrase meaning “praise be to God”, sometimes translated as “thank God” This phrase is also known as Tahmid.
Burna Boy’s use of the words translate to a good purpose, as he literally means he uses Astaghfirullah to seek for God’s forgiveness from those who might be hating on him, and he used the second word Alhamdulillah to praise God that at the end he is good, which is a good way to go.
Looking at the way Burna Boy used the Arabic word interchangeable with his sentence showed he really is a man in the know with what those words really stands for, as he has made a good use of it to a greater effect, which is really thrilling and showed he has a great effort towards getting creative, no wonder he has been able to achieve more with his music.
