1. They are good for the heart.

Because it contains no cholesterol, green beans are what your body needs for healthy cell growth. But eating too many green beans is bad for your health.

Too much cholesterol in your body increases fat in your arteries which may lead to the decrease of blood flow to your brain and heart.

Green beans reduce the risk of cancer. This is because it contains a high amount of chlorophyll which helps to decrease the risk of cancer. Individuals who have cancer should always join their means with green beans.

3. It promotes fertility and pregnancy in women
