1. Thiago Silva
Silva was partly responsible for the goal conceded by the Blues against Burnley due to his weak approach. The Brazilian has seemingly played too consecutively for the team this season so considering his performance in the last match and the importance of getting three points against Arsenal’s high-performance side, Pochettino may consider leaving him on the sidelines for the coming clash.
2. Enzo Fernandez
Enzo Fernandez has been an important part of Chelsea’s midfield, known for his passing ability and vision. However, his recent performances have highlighted a lack of willingness to take on goal-scoring opportunities.
Instead of pulling the trigger himself, he often opts for safer passes, which sometimes slows the game. Pochettino may seek a more aggressive and goal-minded midfielder for the coming clash against Arsenal.
3. Broja
Armando Broja did well in the absence of Jackson but despite the new energy, he struggled to make an impact in the previous match.
In a match in which Chelsea created lots of scoring chances, he appeared somewhat lost in the attacking setup. Pochettino may simply employ the services of Nicholas Jackson who can provide the team with a more dynamic presence up front.
4. Cucurella
Marc Cucurella, typically a source of creativity and pace from the right-back area, had a relatively quiet game against Burnley. His contributions in terms of creating chances and exploiting the flanks were a bit limited.
