In most cases, it is caused by the physical strain of the sexual activity, or underlying medical conditions.
According to research in NCBI, there are 2 commons reasons why people die during sexual activity.
Drug Abuse
This is one of the most common vices many people engage in, especially those who are more interested in satisfying their partners to their detriment.
These make many people abuse drugs to improve their performance during intercourse, but this is dangerous.
The usage of illicit drugs could lead to unexpected death during intercourse. Some individuals combine strong drugs (like narcotic painkillers) with alcohol.
Some also mix sexual enhancers with alcohol. While some chronic drug users smoke marijuana or cocaine during the action.
Research shown that some sexual enhancer drugs when combined with a nitrate-containing drug could provoke hypotension (low blood pressure) which can steer to death.
Also the use of hard drugs like cocaine triggers heart attack, convulsions, respiratory depression, and sudden death.
