His overall performance last season has seen his market value increase drastically. At the beginning of 2022, Alejandro Balde was valued at €4 million.
However, after a season in which he played 44 games for Barcelona, scoring once and providing seven assists, his market value has increased to a mouthwatering €50 million.
AC Milan star, Rafael Leao has also seen an increase in his market value. The Portuguese star is currently valued at €90 million. His new contract with the Italian Serie A club, which would expire in 2028 is one of the factors that has led to an increase in his market value.
Rafael Leao’s career market value evolution has been interesting. When joined AC Milan in 2020, he was valued at just €20 million. Since joining the club, he has played 162 games, scoring 41 goals and providing 29 assists.
Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen has also seen his market value increase after the end of the 2022/23 season. The Nigerian striker, who scored twice in a 3-2 win against Sierra Leone as Nigeria secured a place in the African Cup of Nations and also scored 26 goals to finish as the highest goalscorer in the Italian Serie A last season has now seen his market value increase to €120 million. At the beginning of the season, he was valued at €65 million.
