The newly promoted side which is being coached by Manchester City legend, Vincent Kompany are expected to prevent the embarrassing 6-0 defeat they suffered at the hands of City in the FA Cup on March 18, 2023.

In the Premier League game which will kick off at 8 p.m. on Friday, coach Pep Guardiola is expected to unleash his new signings Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol.

Kevin De Bruyne, who had been sidelined with a hamstring injury, made his first appearance since the Champions League final in the Community Shield defeat to Arsenal. He might now be ready to play for City against Burnley on Friday.

Due to Nathan Ake’s injury, Gvardiol could walk straight into the heart of City’s defense on Friday.
