He also claimed that the Court refused to clarify why 18,123 blurred results sheets on the IReV were admitted as CTC by the electoral commission. He stated that the Labour Party is yet to get the CTC of the judgment delivered by the Justices of the Supreme Court 40 days after the judgment was delivered.
He said in an interview with Arise TV, ”At this particular fact, the Supreme Court doesn’t have answers to the questions that we raised.
They don’t have an answer to the issue of forfeiture that we raised. And secondly, they didn’t have an answer as regards to Section 73, sub section 2 of the Constitution which says also that you must record all of these particular facts with regards to the result sheets which of course in it own case would have nullified the election.
Then thirdly, they don’t have an answer as regards to the 18,123 blurred results sheets which was a certified true copy obtained from INEC. And then finally, they did not have an answer to the issue of double nomination.”
