Oginni asserted in his AIT interview that Kwankwaso was aware that his strategy and goals were limited to Kano and that no one had challenged him on this point.
He made it clear that others were actively seeking appointments to the Nigerian President’s cabinet, a claim that they purportedly admitted.
According to Oginni’s words, “He (Kwankwaso) knew that his own approach and what he wanted were only about Kano, and nobody fought him about that, but what we are fighting against and why Kwankwaso was expelled is for anti-party activities; he was romancing with the APC, PDP, and Peter Obi of Labour.”
