Governor Oborevwori’s fervor for progress was palpable as he rallied for unity, urging the opposition to collaborate in advancing the state’s welfare and growth.
“We are on the brink of groundbreaking,” he announced. “A monumental N78 billion project, entrusted to Julius Berger, is set to commence—three flyovers, cloverleaf structures, pedestrian bridges, and expansive road networks in Effurun and Warri metropolises.”
Asserting the administration’s commitment to more extensive development initiatives, the Governor emphasized the forthcoming surge in projects, signaling a turning point for Delta’s progress.
